PANTHER PANTRY ORGANIZATION

The pantry is a recognized student organization that is operated by a student executive board. Its operation is run out of the Office of Student Life and Event Services in Maucker Union and is fully funded through donations.

SPRING 2019 HOURS OF OPERATION

Sunday - Thursday 12:00 pm - 8:00 pm

Friday - Saturday 12:00 pm - 5:00 pm

During hours of operation, if the Pantry does not have a volunteer in the space, the door will be locked and closed. Please follow the directions posted next to the door and staff will be able to assist you. 

HISTORY

In the Spring of 2018, a food insecurities task force was created to determine the need of our students and the extent of insecurity on our campus for food and necessary items.

Based on the task force's findings that 16% of surveyed students had low food insecurity, a recommendation was made to establish a food and necessity pantry on campus.
